Rarely will you fight a strictly one-on-one match. The biggest is the addition of three-character tag-team matches. While combat has not been drastically changed from Rise of a Ninja, there are some welcome changes. Combat, of course, is an integral part of Naruto: The Broken Bond. It's getting to the goal that can prove interesting. Most are standard fetch and fight-a-ninja missions. Don't expect any big twists to the quests. that's left is to have the two run across the clone bridge before Naruto's Jutsu times out. This arm can crawl across the bridge, go under the gap, and pull a switch to open the gate. Then switch to Shikamaru, who can use his Jutsu to create a shadow arm. You're no longer stuck in one locale and the exploration aspects have been toned down. Much of the adventure elements from last year's Rise of a Ninja have been refined. As the villagers work to repair their home, Naruto must deal with a new (pervy) sensei and the growing division between himself and Sasuke. Covering the events of episodes 81-135, The Broken Bond features some major angst moments for Naruto. The destruction that befalls the village and the awesome fight between Sarutobi and Orochimaru sets the tone for the sequel. Naruto: The Broken Bond begins with an epic battle as the Leaf village is attacked and destroyed.
